Neither SGF or its employees are liable for any dietary or other claim regarding the use of its products as well as those offerred for sale by SGF.

Under no circumstances shall SGF or its employees be liable for any loss or special, direct, indirect,incidental or consequential claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law in NY State or the jurisdiction of a claimant, SGF shall have its liability limited for any claim arising from the consumption of products sold by SGF.
